What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. You keep the app (it's in your accounts), you keep all the customer data, and you keep the source code access for your developer if you want to maintain it yourself.
Do I need POS integration?
No. We use a QR code system that works with any POS. Customer shows QR code, staff scans with tablet, points awarded instantly. Takes 8 seconds. If you want POS integration later (after 50+ members), we can discuss adding it.
What happens after the first 15 founding members?
Setup fee increases to $4,997. Revenue share drops to 20%. Founding members keep their pricing locked for life.
